Youth Motivational Speaker Ricky Gets a #LittleLift from TurboTax Live We caught up with Ricky for an update on his Little Lift from TurboTax Live. What are some of the big life changes or challenges that you experienced in the past year? Did they affect your taxes this year? Ricky: In 2019, I got married and we moved into a new place going into 2020. I’m a Youth Motivational Speaker and when COVID-19 hit, it altered my ability to travel and visit schools in person. Schools moved to fully virtual or hybrid models. A key pivot we made was to begin offering virtual small group workshops for student leadership groups at middle and high schools. This allowed us to work with student leaders to plan how they would continue making a positive impact on their school community during the pandemic and also when they return to school on ground. What were some of the key questions or concerns you had about filing your taxes this year?
